These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Offline Booking (offlinebooking.com), operated by Journeydeal FZ LLC ("we", "us", "the Company"). By using our website or booking through us, you accept these terms.
1. Our role
Offline Booking acts as an intermediary / travel agent between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels and other providers). Your travel is subject to the terms, fare rules and conditions of the respective supplier.
2. Pricing & taxes
All fares are shown inclusive of base fare and applicable taxes. A service fee may apply and is displayed before payment. Prices are dynamic and are confirmed only at the time of successful payment. Currency is shown based on your location (e.g., INR in India, AED in the UAE).
3. Payments
Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full card details. A booking is confirmed only after we receive successful payment authorisation.
4. Bookings, changes & cancellations
Date changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the fare rules of the airline/hotel plus our service charges. Some fares are non-refundable. Please review the fare rules before booking.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger/guest details and for holding valid travel documents, passports and visas. Names must match your government ID exactly.
6. Liability
We are not liable for supplier schedule changes, cancellations, delays or denied boarding. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to us.
7. Governing law
